Customer Acquisition Manager, up to £45 000, West Midlands

 

Blue Skies are delighted to be working with a local B2B brand on a new role for their business to focus on customer acquisition and lead generation. This is a pivotal cross functional, strategic and tactical delivery role sitting within their multi-functional sales and marketing team.

 

The Customer Acquisition Manager will define and deliver the companies multi-channel acquisition strategy across both online and offline channels.

 

Key duties will include:

 

  • Driving growth in new customer acquisition programmes from opportunity identification and campaign development through to measurement and coming up with recommendations for improvement


  • Leading the development of a cross functional lead generation strategy and process that ensures all channels have a full pipeline of sales ready leads


  • Measuring all lead generation activity


  • Developing a fully optimised lead generation programme


  • Analysing customer and market data


  • Identifying profitable customer segments


  • Establishing and managing relationships with 3rd party lead generation partners


  • Post campaign analysis to identify opportunities


  • Working with senior stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns including data insight, analytics, creative and content

     

    To be successful in this role you will have both tactical and strategic B2B ‘marketing mix’ experience and be skilled in the development of multi-channel acquisition strategies. You will have excellent channel, customer or acquisition marketing experience with the ability to engage and inspire your colleagues and customers alike.

     

    You will demonstrate excellent planning and organisation skills along with strong communication skills. This role would suit an existing Customer, Channel or Acquisition Marketing Manager who is looking for a new challenge in a company that rewards dedication and commitment with a competitive salary of up to £45 000 plus other benefits.
