Our client a large food retail group who operates bars and pubs across the UK are seeking to recruit a Head of Brand. The ideal candidate will have a very commercial background and be very data and results driven.

Key duties include:
  • Generate yearly commercial Plan, addressing brand growth, awareness and business objectives
  • Deliver all brand specific briefs as appropriate to the Category, Marcomms & NPD teams, track status and ensure delivery on time and to budget
  • Create and present commercial proposals
  • Develop review programme by assessing commercial and customer feedback – analysing results to drive strategy
  • Using a price optimisation approach, competitive and contractual benchmarks recommend brand pricing activity
  • Develop and maintain brand support material – in-store POS and Online
  • Review brand progress against commercial strategy
  • Monitor competitor activity
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and mystery shopper trends
  • Monitor site performance through structured site visits, recognising opportunities and recommending appropriate action plans to relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with Trading and logistics department ensure availability of products
  • Line management of two 
The successful candidate will have:
  • Commercial Brand Management experience
  • Previous experience within a retail / food marketing, preferable Bars or Restaurants
  • Experience in multi brand environment
  • Knowledge of strategy deployment and the development of customer communications
  • The ability to manage complex and multiple tasks with good prioritisation skills
