My client is a well-renowned international eCommerce business who created a shift in how tickets were sold online; they're a super successful group who partner with some fantastic brands. They have created slick experiences across web, mobile and native apps, each with their own great statistic e.g. their apps rank highly across all app stores and their sites attract several million unique visits on a monthly basis.

Right now they are having a mini growth spurt across multiple teams, and they require a tech savvy, client facing Senior Product Manager to join their Product Tools team, taking responsibility for driving strategy and building new products and features. You will be engaging with users to define the needs and will manage stakeholders throughout.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to define product release requirements
  • Manage entire product life-cycle, influencing strategy and direction, prioritising product requirements, features and functionality
  • Work across and own multiple b2b products
  • Conduct market research, analyse the site and performance to understand market requirements for current and future products
  • Use clear and consistent user stories to define product specifications
  • Drive delivery of each feature from conception to launch, developing and implementing go-to-market plans

You:

  • MUST be tech savvy with a vast background working within eCommerce / transactional sites supporting B2B tools
  • Have experience of working closely on customer Journeys
  • Are analytical with experience of using web analytics tools and A/B testing
  • Are well versed in mobile web solutions including responsive design
  • Have proven Agile Product Management skills
  • Come from a strong brand background within a technical capacity
  • Are able to communicate well, be a product champion and manage your key stakeholders in a responsible manner
  • LOVE to create new products and features, are creative and passionate about what you do

This is fantastic opportunity to join a strong brand with a strong presence in the eCommerce space. You MUST be tech savvy, with a strong background in eCommerce / Product Management. These guys are super smart, savvy and love to create slick experiences for their Consumers (B2C) and Partners (B2B). They are creative and have fabulous offices to get all the creative juices flowing – with pool tables, super cool break out areas and TV's to chill all over!
