Marketing Manager - London - £35-40K plus Bonus

My client is a social marketing platform with rich and actionable insight and marketing tolls that helps their clients engage audiences based on what they say, who they are and how they think. THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled, motivated, smart marketing manager with B2B/tech experience: someone who rolls up their sleeves and capably gets things done; enjoys being at the sharp end of things and has the potential to do anything. The position reports to the VP Marketing and will take the size of the Marketing team up to seven (five in the UK, two in Spain).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute MQL-generating campaigns, projects and activities, including events (own and third party), email campaigns, social media campaigns
  • Plan and help develop new content to support MQL-generating campaigns
  • Plan and help develop new sales weapons to equip the sales team to progress MQLs and close sales
  • Undertake competitor analysis to equip both sales and marketing teams
  • Help launch new features, functionality and products
  • Website management
  • Manage customer marketing campaigns
  • Help devise an effective internal communications process
  • SEO optimisation
  • Brand guardianship
  • Management of budgets
  • Deliver database and Hubspot improvements
  • Document processes to enable replication
  • Success measurement

  • 2-3+ years B2B marketing experience ideally within technology
  • SaaS experience advantageous
  • Strong written and social media skills with PR experience being a preference
  • Exposure to Hubspot or similar
  • Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong experience to demand generation marketing activity.
