Creative Producer/events specialist– Central London Agency - £45-£50k


We are extremely excited to be working with an amazing, long-standing, fully integrated agency in Central London with some huge and exciting brands! Looking for an experienced events specialist to work on a global scale. 


This agency has just won a brand new account and are looking for a highly focused, motivated and forward-thinking Creative Producer/events specialist to step in to help the account flourish and grow.

Responsibilities:

- Happy to take client briefs, interpret and challenge when necessary
-  Ensuring a complete understanding of clients as well as their communication objectives and business as a whole.
- Keep the balance and positivity within the team by ensuring client goals and objectives are met utilising previous production expertise.
- Happy to deal with third party suppliers or events partners in terms of sourcing, communicating with and coordinating.
- Ensure deadlines are met through milestone and timeline planning.
- Ensure that that communication is kept up throughout for all parties involved.
- Work with the account management teams in a collaborative manner to create, develop and manage project plans, venue selections, budgeting and logistical planning.
- Develop documentation as necessary for the production such as RAMS, insurance, handbooks
- Happy to coordinate and set up production schedules
- Happy to work agency-wide on various projects, sometimes outside of the Creative department.
- Happy managing teams onsite



Required  Skills/Experience:

- Have 5/6+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Absolutely impeccable attention to detail.
- Quickly adaptable – you can think on your feet.
- Excellent communication skills – able to ensure you are engaging, and communications are clear and succinct.
- You live for working on multiple projects.
- A real people person – you will be happy talking to people of all levels.
- A natural problem solver.
- A real team player – you love seeing others develop and grow with your support.
- A degree qualification or equivalent
- Previous demonstrable experience in experiential marketing production within an agency environment.
- Previous experience in working with multiple brand activations and experiences while integrating new technologies.
- Superb PowerPoint skills – have to present with confidence inside and outside of the business.



Our client are really looking for someone who is keen for international travel who's happy to spend up to a week abroad once or twice a month. You will be working with them on large sporting events supporting up to 1,000 people.

Working with the creative team and account management team, you will have a foot in each door, giving you a truly unique and interesting experience!
