As Data and CRM Manager you'll be based right in the heart of marketing - helping to define good data management and overseeing the CRM system to ensure effective direct marketing activity

The Role

This is an exciting, newly created role. As Data and CRM manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing measurable marketing and digital strategy based on customer insight. You will provide customer and marketing insight based on research and web analytics and regularly report on the successes of marketing activities and the digital channel. They speak to large audiences across the UK and need to really understand how to engage with the different audiences.

Day to day you will:

  • Provide timely and accurate insights and analysis of CRM data to support marketing
  • Assess and review current CRM and ensure it's fit for purpose
  • Develop and implement customer data strategy
  • Ensure the CRM system is capturing the required customer data and segment
  • Manage CRM budget and plan
  • Work as part of a project team with data provides, vendors and agencies.
  • Ensure CRM is compliant with legal and data protection regulations.


About You

I'm looking for an experienced CRM manager who has specific experience in the financial services sector where you've managed end to end data processes and system (this experience may have been gained in product provider, third party administration, in house or via a consultancy). You will have detailed knowledge of data marketing and appropriate use of data including regulatory and legal issues. Have excellent experience of working in high volume, multi-channel customer communications. You will be commercially aware have the ability to manage project and stakeholders both internally and externally. You'll be confident in MI production and presenting key findings.
