We are working with a key player in the car insurance and car tracking sector who are now recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner. You will join an experienced Projects/Products team with a key aim to interface between IT and the clients they serve - internally an externally.

This is an exciting time to join as they are looking to significantly develop their technology business and the products they offer to their client base. The business as a whole is growing as they work with car rental firms, leasing companies, insurers and also as they develop their own insurance business. You will gather requirements from the business and help a software development team translate them in to usable digital products. You might work on new mobile apps, new software, new web apps or even hardware.

If you have a track record within business analysis combined with full software / product lifecycle development experience, we want to hear from you!

The technology team manages business systems across all divisions, business units and external clients. This includes bespoke .NET web applications, SharePoint sites and other related systems.

As an experienced Business Analyst / product Owner, your responsibilities include:
- Gathering and management of business requirements
- Liaison between business sponsors and IT delivery teams
- Coordination of issue resolution and provision of on-site support
- Ownership of all related systems and process documentation
- Coordination of technical and user level application testing
- Change request management and requirements analysis
- Product ownership and lead in agile delivery
- Project leadership

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build a comprehensive understanding of business processes and business terminology.
- Run workshops to investigate user requirements and complex problems or issues.
- Perform analysis of complex business processes, interpret business needs, formulate and fully document functional requirements and potential technical solutions.

As this s a new role, you will have previous experience of implementing new procedures and processes. In time this role will develop into a team lead role and line management experience would be advantageous.

This is a live role with a key client. For immediate consideration and full details, please apply ASAP.
