Innovative & International Qualitative Associate Director
For some, qualitative research roles are centered around fieldwork - groups and workshops. Our client has taken advantage of the advances in technology to create a dynamic qualitative tool which allows clients to gain deeper understanding of their clients needs through more meaningful consumer interactions.
Whilst most of the clients are UK based, the research is often international and we are looking for someone who is creative and who enjoys the challenge of using technology to generate meaningful qualitative insights. The projects they work on have an innovation focus, with lots of new product development and concept testing for a range of clients, although there is a focus on FMCG.
They have a real entrepreneurial culture and are looking for someone creative to come on board.
In this role you would be overseeing qualitative projects, have management responsibilities, and not be afraid to contribute your ideas to the team.
To be successful in this role you will have prior traditional qualitative research experience from a UK agency but you will be entrepreneurial and not against developing new methods. You must have experience working for clients in the FMCG sector.
Previous line management experience would also be necessary, as there is 1 direct report, which would likely increase over the next couple of years with the projected growth plans of the business.
