Job Description

The Role
With market leading brands that span the automotive sector, Haymarket has a deep understanding of car buyers that gives us an unmatched ability to drive new car sales for advertisers. 
You will be the lead Programmatic Trader in Haymarket’s Automotive Trading Desk. Utilising our deep, granular first party set, you will work with the Audience and Performance Managers to drive market leading results for top tier automotive advertisers.
You will utilise a best of breed technology stack to plan and buy campaigns across digital display, video and audio advertising in delivering complete marketing solutions for our advertisers.
 
Responsibilities
    •    Work with Sales to support the client relationship and respond to briefs
    •    Develop trading strategies with the Performance Manager and test / optimise your hypotheses
    •    Work with Audience Manger to create unique audience segments using first, second and third party data
    •    Deliver end to end campaign management using various tech platforms
    •    Provide campaign analysis, reporting and optimization to meet and exceed client KPI
    •    Analyse broad trading trends to inform our wider trading strategy
    •    Be a programmatic expert and keep up to date with new opportunities that can deliver business growth
    •    Share knowledge with the broader team to raise standards
 
Key Attributes:
You must:
    •    Be commercially minded and KPI focused
    •    Have an analytical mindset
    •    Have at least 1 years experience working with a top tier DSP
    •    Be self-motivated and have a passion for the programmatic ecosystem and technologies
    •    Have good organisational skills; capable of running multiple campaigns and maintaining campaign finances
    •    Be able to present articulately back to key stakeholders, both internal and external using any relevant format
