Operations Director / Creative Services Director / Head of Delivery - £70k to £80k, plus benefits

We are working with a leading independent creative agency based in London, around 70 people, top talent and their client list is impressive. They're looking to strengthen their studio / creative operations department and they need an Operations Director / Creative Services Director / Head of Delivery type person to come in and lead their studio and creative output. 

A key part of the role would be to help and work on their leading client, a top car brand. We need an Operations Director / Creative Services Director / Head of Delivery who has gravitas, client facing skills, and someone who can handle and help lead senior clients with the agency's MD. This will be part of your role, but the other 50% of the role will be looking after they agency, ensuring the business gets maximum time to produce the best work, efficiently and effectively. 

The Operations Director / Creative Services Director / Head of Delivery will create and maintain efficient agency processes. The Operations Director / Creative Services Director / Head of Delivery will work closely with the resource manager to plan all of the agency's workflow. 

You'll scope, plan and evaluate incoming projects into the agency and studio,  and the Operations Director / Creative Services Director / Head of Delivery will run all project kick off and wash up meeting with your relevant teams. 

You'll have a team in place, which will include the resource manager, studio, specialist PMs and Producers and a Project Director. We need an Operations Director / Creative Services Director / Head of Delivery who can lead and motivate a team, and direct them. 

The Operations Director / Creative Services Director / Head of Delivery will mentor account teams through project management processes, and you'll work closely with clients to discuss project delivery, and associated fees and timings. 

We want an Operations Director / Creative Services Director / Head of Delivery who can lead the studio and creative output in the agency, you'll partner closely with the MD and CD, and as a formidable team you'll all be responsible for directly the agency forward.
