Internal Communications Manager
Carter Murray is currently partnering with a European organisation that is recruiting an Internal Communications Manager for its UK arm, for their largest business unit of 8000 employees across 50 locations.
The Internal Communications Manager post will form part of the Internal Communications (IC) Manager team and work alongside the Head of IC to design, implement and measure the effectiveness of the IC strategy. Acting as a Communications Business Partner for a number of divisions and owning relationships with key internal stakeholders and supporting and managing IC activities in line with the wider strategy. This will be a challenging remit within an industry that is rebuilding trust with customers and stakeholders. Addressing this through differentiation and clarity of communication on its unique approach. Developing and building on the current IC and engagement strategy.
It is essential you have acted as a Communications Consultant/Communications Business Partner with a proven track record in delivering a proven track record in delivering business driven, results orientated internal communications, holding a recognised internal communications qualification or working towards one is preferred. Whilst having experience of managing stakeholders and working closely with senior management, your background will be from any sector, across multiple and complex layers.
