Digital Project Manager - Award Winning London Agency - £30k-£40

We are excited to be working with this award winning agency in Central London who are looking for a Digital Project Manager that can step in and help to build and grow their business.

 

Role Responsibilities:
  • Take on creative briefs, work through and respond within 48 hours.
  • Ensure communication with all teams involved to ensure understanding is complete and to help them design effectively.
  • Arrange catch ups and briefings on a regular basis with all involved in each project, ensuring that everyone is involved in any issues or changes that may occur.
  • Happy to work with the Creative Teams to talk through creative solutions and ensure that they are feasible and financially viable before sharing them with the client.
  • Happy to attend and partake in calls and meetings with clients when needed, whether it be with account handlers or singularly, ensuring that relevant documentation is taken and shared with internal colleagues as necessary.
  • Make certain that the correct processes and procedures are adhered to internally and that produced work is approved by the CD or the group heads before it is handed over to the account handler.
  • Proven understanding of implications (in terms of production and technical) of creative executions, speaking with senior members of the creative team when needed.
  • Understanding of every financial aspect of your projects from the cost of time spent to the cost of using external suppliers.
  • Happy to delegate tasks effectively and taking complete responsibility for the level of quality of the projects.
  • Be the voice of motivation and inspiration for the team working on your projects.
  • Ensure work is completed within deadlines and to budget for suppliers, freelancers, the digital team, etc
  • Have a calm and level-headed approach to dealing with managing more than one clients and projects at one time.
  • Happy to demonstrate a strong level of understanding and knowledge of your projects to senior members of the team.
 

Required Skills / Experience:
  • Previous experience interpreting creative briefs, taking into consideration time constraints and budgets, ensuring the best course of action is taken.
  • The ability to lead by example and communicate in an inspiring and motivational manner.
  • Previous experience in juggling multiple projects at once.
  • Happy to organize your time effectively – both your own and your teams.
  • An understanding of what it means to work a project through from initial brief to the final completed product.
