The Role

A wayfinding designer needs to find a way around complex environments. It's not just about signs. Our client is looking for a very good quality wayfinding designer/product designer, with excellent design skills. Someone with the ability and ambition to work on all project stages, very hands-on (strategy, concept, schematic, location plans, message schedules)


Skills & Qualifications

  • Good understanding and interpretation of client needs into really nice designs, innovative and first time right
  • Translating client briefs into convincing wayfinding strategies
  • Compiling client presentations, therefore really good presentation skills, both written and visual
  • Managerial skills to oversee several projects, and to lead our project team from start to finish
  • Show good understanding of wayfinding and place making
  • Show good understanding of wayfinding and branding
  • Good communication skills with end clients, and their sub consultants like architects, interior designers and landscapers
  • Active involvement in client meetings
  • Good client presentation skills, being able to ‘sell’ our work to the client
  • 24/7 mentality, good team player, with leadership capabilities
  • Very good overall communication skills, both written and spoken, in your native language and English
  • Involvement in initial client meetings as part of business development
  • Supportive in new business proposals
