We want the “best of the best” sponsorship sales person to join this global fast growing exciting start up based near to the silicon roundabout in Shoreditch. They are a market leading media company who are a trusted advisor to clients wishing to increase their revenue in the Internet business market. This market is predicted to grow to $6.2 trillion by 2025.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a proven track record of success, be money driven with the motivation to close at least £500k of business, preferably in the ICT/Tech/Recruitment sector. You are above all a natural team player and excellent communicator, whilst growing the company’s series of must-attend industry events and digital solutions. You will ideally have a background in sponsorship sales, excel at developing profitable events, sit in the top 10% of performers in your existing role, inspire others to be the best they can and have a proven track-record in developing win-win relationships with leading technology and IT providers. THE ROLE

This is a key role within the sponsorship team and you will be responsible for growing sponsorship for both  live events and digital revenue across the event portfolio.  You will be expected to demonstrate a strategic approach and entrepreneurial zeal in the sale of products

WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

  • A person with One to Two years experience preferably working in a start-up environment in the tech sector or B2B event sponsorship, exhibition sales or commercial conference sales
  • Able to demonstrate a  strong aptitude for researching and presenting ideas, and excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise workload and meet multiple deadlines
  • Confident and assured in person and on the telephone
  • Able to express ideas verbally and in writing
  • Tenacious and determined in achieving objectives
  • A strong commercial instinct
  • Enthusiastic to learn; ambitious to succeed

YOU WILL ALSO NEED…

  • To be a  Dog lover (They work in a cool trendy office complete with a ‘meet and greet’ dog, so no allergies to dog hair!!)
  • To be Football star – their five a side team needs improving (Not essential)
