Account Manager / Senior Account Managers – *Mix of ATL/Brand and CRM/Digital*
One of our longest standing clients – a lovely small to medium-sized integrated independent agency based in Central London, are looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join this buzzing agency.
This is a super opportunity to use your large DM and CRM experience in a more integrated role where you can learn new channels across 2/3 key accounts. The mix includes TV/film shoots, print (press, door drops), content, radio and digital (emails, website build, online advertising). This role will allow you to strengthen much needed strategic skills and you will have a great deal of exposure to the senior management team and get involved in pitching.
You will need to have a SOLID London agency background and prove that you can campaign manage a busy and diverse range of customer communications to deliver against deadlines and to budget. Client service skills are essential, so this role is for those AMs / SAMs who like to engage with clients, who anticipates their needs and who genuinely enjoy helping them to get their job done well.
You will be enthusiastic, bright and a pro-active self-starter, comfortable dealing with clients, with strong written and verbal skills. You must be articulate with a very strong attention to detail.
This role will suit candidates who enjoy being hands-on while also showing a clear strategic mind-set and not afraid to have a point of view and willing to guide clients on marketing and business issues.
