My client is a global mobile advertising network. The Sales team advertisers, agencies and app developers create world leading mobile campaigns that deliver results, ROI and customer satisfaction.  In a fiercely competitive and growing market, our teams combine remarkable sales execution/negotiation skills, with an excellent understanding of mobile and advertising industry trends.

They are looking for someone who has a strong Mobile & Digital background and looking to build a strong career in Mobile Advertising. Are you looking for ‘THE BIG MOVE’?

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the sales/account strategies that will unlock your market. Continue to enhance your knowledge of your assigned market as well as competitor knowledge that can then be used in your client’s advantage.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue. Maintaining regular and accurate forecasts along with a healthy/ever evolving pipeline.
  • A strong contribution to the development of the German. sales plan and strategy, working closely with cross-functional internal teams.
  • Grow and enhance repeat business from existing customers, partners and agencies.
  • Facilitate the development of strong commercial and personal relationships.
  • Be the flag holder for the company across the advertising community in Germany.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in German & English.
  • 4-5 years in digital media advertising
  • Must have contacts within media agencies
  • Experience in developing and closing new advertiser relationships through structured approach to winning / closing new business.
  • Self-starter willing to take ownership and be accountable whilst participating positively in the team dynamics.
  • Experience in leading complex, premium campaigns through a complete sales process.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong attention to detail with outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think out of the box and plan in a structured manner to deliver on specific quarterly goals.
  • Strong knowledge of internet advertising: CPA, CPM, CPC
  • Search marketing, lead generation, direct response, etc.
  • Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner in a technology environment.
  • The role will require international travel based on business need.
