This AD role is to join a new team to develop strong data driven customer engagement communications, delivering powerful ideas and marketing strategies to fuel the brand's loyalty amongst its customers. Its not a hard job, it's a well liked and respected brand and part of the excitement of this role is to help drive the account forward, seeking out strategic solutions and becoming a true partner to clients who want to make a difference!
Managing a reasonably large team, you will be fully conversant with data driven marketing communications and advertising, on and off line. You will have 5+ years agency experience across integrated marketing ,digital and CRM Customer engagement. You will enjoy the robust nature of test and learn, what it is that makes a consumer spend, and how commercially important this area is to clients. Whether you are developing a piece of social film or a fully integrated campaign, the idea is key, so experience of helping to build an idea into a fully campaignable idea is vital - and being able to sell the idea to clients!
Some Must Haves
Experience of loyalty programmes preferable
Experience of working with ATL/media agencies to deliver integrated campaigns
A cracking eye for great creative
First class experience of team management
Client management skills - a capability to operate at all levels.
