Account Manager 

As an Account Manager you will assist in the planning, implementation and maintenance of account based marketing campaigns.

Most challenging part of the job

Staying ahead of the curve and exceeding client expectations. Account Based Marketing is constantly evolving and we require individuals with a thirst for knowledge and the desire to do things better, challenging the status quo when necessary. You must be able to work with senior stakeholders and have a solid understanding of business.


  • Day-to-day contact with clients, creative teams and suppliers
  • The co-ordination of all project resources
  • Attending client meetings and representing the agency
  • Agreeing on actions regarding existing and upcoming projects
  • Managing targets and deadlines, or managing deadline amendment proactively
  • Promptly and accurately responding to client emails
  • Managing weekly update calls and monthly / quarterly face to face reviews
  • Producing accurate reporting to clients
  • Responsible for some client contact, mainly via email but also phone and face to face too
  • Communicating on a professional level both internally and externally
  • Assisting the Account Director in reporting and financial accruals
  • Assisting in business development and cross sell within the account
  • Other duties assigned as and when necessary by the Account Director
