Digital Marketing Executive - Acquisition

12 month FTC

£30,000 - £32,000 per annum

Based in Hampshire (must be able to commute)

About the company:

A leading business in the healthcare funding space with a rich heritage and track record of customer excellence is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement and evaluate digital marketing plans and promotional activity across the online space.

The successful person will effectively utilise campaigns to drive lead generation, working closely with both the sales and lead generation teams.

You will hold key accountability for delivering communications to intermediaries and prospective corporate clients to help drive new business in the employee benefits market.

About the role:

-Responsible for creating and delivering targeted digital campaigns, nurturing leads through the buying cycle, providing qualified leads for sales teams to drive conversions.

-Analysing campaign performance using a variety of tools which evaluate the effectiveness of digital activity and share learnings into future plans for continual improvement.

-Communicating effectively with key stakeholders, ensuring buy-in of campaigns and effective follow-up.

-Ensuring that digital marketing spend is utilised effectively and managed within budget.

-Owning and managing marketing automation, responsible for systems maintenance, supporting and coaching other members of the team.

-Managing campaigns and leading processes within Salesforce , delivering insight into digital behaviours.

-Data loading, segmentation and management of distribution lists through Salesforce.

-Developing clear, effective briefs for key suppliers to enable delivery of campaign objectives.

-Using innovative techniques and ideas to create stand-out within the digital market place and position the company as a thought leader.

-Supporting the corporate marketing executive team with lead generation initiatives, working as part of a project team.

-Owning and managing social media channels including Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.

-Driving SEO best practices and ensuring these are implemented within the website.

-Managing PPC activity, working with external agencies if applicable.

-Reporting on website performance and driving continual improvement to increase inbound enquiries.

-Working closely with the media Relations Officer to create and hare relevant, timely and useful content to target markets.

-Exploring new digital channels and initiatives, ensuring the team remain informed of developments within the digital space.

-About you:

-Ideally qualified with a marketing diploma from the CIM or IOD, OR a related business or marketing degree.

-Previous experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns including paid search, email marketing, display campaigns and social media platforms.

-Experience of implementing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that have achieved objectives.

-Understanding of website user experience and updates to support digital marketing campaigns.

-Knowledge and experience of marketing automation, including workflows.

-Using digital and analytical tools such as Adobe/Google Analytics to improve processes and inform on decision making.

-Understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

-Understanding of marketing automation.

-In-depth knowledge of SEO and PPC is desirable.

-Experience in data manipulation and analytics.

-Understanding of content marketing and inbound marketing methodologies.

-Marketing automation experience.
