Senior CRM Loyalty Manager - Entertainment / Leisure
My client, one of the UK's top multi-site entertainment brands, is looking for a Senior CRM Loyalty Manager to manage a team of 2 and play a lead role in their retention proposition. This role reports directly in to the Head of CRM and Digital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating & executing a sophisticated CRM strategy that combines inbound & outbound communications across direct channels & customer touch points. This will involve driving the CRM transformation programme and the pivot to guest level marketing. You'll own the creation of a multi channel customer contact strategy which will ultimately drives incremental revenue for the brand. You'll also lead the company's data growth strategy, ensuring they're fully compliant with GDPR 2018.
