Online Marketing Manager - Automotive

12 month maternity cover

£32,000 - £40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

West London, Middlesex (within easy reach of M4)

About the company:

A leading manufacturer of automotive products is currently recruiting for a talented Online Marketing Specialist to grow market share in the online retail market. The objective is to support market share and deliver best in class digital marketing and online business development solutions.

You will play a critical role in developing and retaining competitive advantage whilst promoting brand values and market-leading status. You will be supporting existing accounts (retailers and re-sellers) to help them develop their online business, therefore maximising the company's market share.

Responsibilities:

-Ensuring the visibility of the brand and products in online retail environments.

-Map and monitor the online retail landscape.

-Establishing business relationships with key online players.

-Supporting automotive retailers with correct logos, images and content for brands.

-Identifying, promoting and supporting online promotional activities in Ireland.

-Ensure the highest quality content and identify value-added content and promotion activities.

-Making recommendations for product listing.

-Consumer research and online market data analysis/market sizing.

-Providing online training and best practice guidance for all of the UK and Ireland markets.

-Owning the online business development management budget.

-Managing online assets to support national consumer campaigns.

-Acting as a local contact for international online retailer campaigns.

-Optimising and maintaining dealer locators for all brands.

-Local implementation of central digital initiatives, e.g. website schemes.

About you:

-Proven success in an online/digital marketing role.

-Proven experience in managing processes or projects.

-Extensive knowledge of all online disciplines, including SEO, paid search, UX, wire framing, etc.

-Excellent copy-writing skills.

-Experience in managing third party agencies.

-A flexible and committed team player.

-Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

-Willing to travel within the UK, Ireland and internationally when required.
