Senior Insight Manager | Clientside | FMCG

We are looking for a Senior Insight Manager to join a food, ingredients and retail group. With a global approach, they are the company behind some of the world's most recognisable and most loved brands. Their brands, many of which market-leading household names are offered to consumers in over 44 countries with sales of over £10 billion.

Working directly under the Head of Insight you will have responsibility to represent the Insight department in front of key stakeholders giving an opportunity to really push your career forward. This is a role that will allow you to build on both your internal and external relationship building skills while leading on some really innovative client-side research. There is also a clear progression in the role as well as wider group opportunities too (the current head of insight has moved from another part of the group for example so ample opportunities for progression).

The Insight Division is growing rapidly, constantly aiming at staying one step ahead of competitors in terms of market trends and consumer behaviour. As a result, they are looking to bring someone to lead on many of their brands including their largest account. You will join a highly knowledgeable Insight team, with expertise within category, brands, shopper and innovation. In a varied role, you will work on both international and national pieces across the whole product portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a mix of both agency and client-side research experience and have demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder manager. You will have shown a passion for driving growth of major FMCG brands and have a strong understanding of how to utilise information to inform insight decisions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience
  • Understanding of category and shopper research
  • Experience working in client-side research
  • Experienced working on brand, NPD and consumer projects
  • Exposure to both ad hoc and continuous research methodologies



Salary £55-60k plus benefits.
