Awesome central London boutique digital agency is seeking a talented Community Manager to work across a range of client accounts.

The agency are looking for a confident Community Manager to run the social presence on one of their key accounts.
The core of this role is everyday moderation and planned reactive posts. You will also contribute real community insight to the bigger campaigns and strategic work.
Working closely with the Planning and Client Service team, this role is perfect for someone with strong community management foundations, who is confident in front of clients and is looking to run and own a big account.
You will be a competent and confident writer able to adapt to the client tone of voice and community. The agency need a proactive multi-tasker with a ‘can do’ attitude - someone who is great with clients and can seamlessly be “the lynch pin” between the agency, brand and community.
The Community Manager Role
You will run clients’ social accounts on a day to day basis nurturing and growing the social communities for key clients whilst optimizing multiple social channels, namely: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
You will be expected to be the voice of expertise when it comes to social channels and how consumers use them, have a keen eye for content that is engaging and shareable, be part writer (and support the creative teams in developing content that really works in social), part client sounding board and results-focused with an eye on conversations the brand can own and engage respectfully in.
You will need to immerse yourself in the client categories on a wide scale – so a love of cars is a must. Be prepared to spend a few days a week at the client’s office really getting under the skin of the product.
You’ll need to intimately understand the brands and guide their distinct tone of voice in social through relevant content and social conversations. You’ll need to understand the subtle differences between each of the respective communities. Putting this in to practice, you’ll be the voice of each brand on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and more.
Alongside the rest of the Planning Team you will be involved in reporting on the performance of the social channels and content as well as feeling confident to make recommendations for optimization of strategy and content plans in line with KPIs and business objectives.
You will work closely with the Planning team to support the development of higher-level community social strategy within social spaces that meet business and brand objectives. Working off the Content Planners quarterly strategies you will formulate the monthly and weekly content calendars.
At this agency the Community Managers have a close relationship with clients so you’ll be their main contact person for day to day social. It is likely you will spend at least one if not two days a week at the client’s offices.
As well as all the usual attributes of a good Community Manager you will be expected to be adept and confident in executing the following tasks:
- Social media management
- Content creation
- Analytics & reporting
- Influencer relations
- Events – attending industry events
- Business development
In an ideal world, you would have direct experience using some/all of the following social management and analytics tools. If you don’t have direct experience, you will need to demonstrate and tell them how you plan to master them quickly or show experience of similar tools.
- Facebook, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest analytics (native) – must have
- Crimson Hexagon/ Radian6/ Sysmos - must have at least one social listening tool competence
- Falcon Social/ Adobe Social – ideally would have
- Hootsuite – ideally would have
- Social Bakers– ideally would have
