Communications and Campaign Manager | Financial Services |Liverpool
My client is a national financial advisory and investment management and pensions provider with a high profile client base and reputation for exceptional client service. They are looking to recruit an exceptional Communications Manager to lead a team of 8. You will lead end to end B2B and B2C (employer and member) journey communications & campaigns planning and delivery owning the development process from insight, through delivery to evaluation.
Key responsibilities:
* To develop and deliver measurable and insights based end to end campaigns that supports segment specific objectives as well as overall client engagement journey requirements.
* To create the annual member and employer engagement approach & budget and oversee the delivery of multi-channel activity and campaigns for members and employers
* Designing, developing and delivering value propositions to engage clients and deepen the relationship with the various members and employer segments. This will require collaboration with the product and strategy teams as well as with other communication team members.
* Managing the relationships with external agency partners.

The successful candidate will have/be:
* Solid understanding of customer journeys and experience and using deep insights to create value propositions
* An entrepreneurial and strategic thinker
* Strong commercial acumen and CAN DO attitude
* Expert in planning and delivering customer centric propositions.
* Always championing the customer for commercial advantage and challenging the status quo to drive innovation and constant improvement
* An effective and influential stakeholder manager
* People Management experience
* Extensive experience of managing communications campaigns, particularly change and transformation, and measuring and analysis.
* A strong team player with the ability to support and develop team members and apply new ways of improving processes.
* A resilient individual, capable of dealing with multiple stakeholders, campaigns and priorities, working under pressure.
* Creative flair and an understanding of what makes an effective piece of communication.
* Deep understanding of data management
