Full Service Agency, Media Division, up to £70K + Benefits & Bonus

This role is all about driving digital performance strategy across multiple clients for a very interesting full-service agency, who in the last 18 months have launched a media arm in the UK. When I'm talking about Performance, I mean it in its broadest term, PPC, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates etc. but with a real driver on response focused campaigns.

Now the agency, as I mentioned is very interesting, they are part of a well-known full-service agency group, better known for their creative arm, however have always had a media planning and buying offering. About 18 months ago, the agency group decided it was time to rebrand and offer a service that had its own story and meaning, which led to the agency having a new identity.

You will have heard of the agency group, but maybe not the agency itself and that's because they have been making the progress without making a lot of external noise. With a new Managing Director, coming over from a very well-known and successful independent media agency and a series of new business wins, their hunt continues for the smartest talent in the industry.

This is where this role comes in. It's new, not a replacement and it's something clients have been crying out for. Essentially this role is all about driving performance strategy and digital best practice across the team here in London & throughout Europe. You'll work closely with a series of clients, mainly their European Marketing Director's and become the performance expert and go to person for advice, opinions and strategy.

You'll by no means be implementing, but you'll need to understand how each channel works at a granular level, so previous experience in digital planning is highly important.
