Head of Online Communities | Leading digital research agency
An award winning full service research agency at the forefront of digital research is looking for an online communities expert to join the team. They work with a range of clients from different sectors such as FMCG, financial services, automotive, travel, technology and energy and their work spans both the B2B and consumer market and covers things like Customer Satisfaction, Market Segmentation, Usage and Awareness, Brand & Comms and many more. They are continuously developing and offering exciting new propositions.
They are looking for someone to come in and be responsible for the strategy, competitive positioning and continued development of their online communities offer. Working alongside a talented team of researchers and project managers, you'll head up the offer, from being responsible for revenue targets to managing the communities and driving the use of innovative research methodologies. There is a lot of scope for development within the role, and the opportunity to be a part of a growing company passionate about research technology.
- Expertise in online communities (ideally from an agency specialising in online communities)
- Experience of developing business
- Strong communications skills, and previous experience of stakeholder management
- Being commercially minded, with an interest in new research technology
