Internal Communications Executive | Professional Services | Liverpool
My client is a high profile international professional services firm with a reputation for exceptional client service and a number of awards to recognise those achievements. They are looking to recruit an internal communications executive to help to disseminate key corporate messages through innovative internal communication; supporting the firm in achieving its strategic objectives, reinforcing its brand, vision and values and delivering business growth.
Key responsibilities:
*Assist in delivering a range of internal communications activities that disseminate and reinforce key corporate messages.
*Work closely with the Internal Communications Manager team in implementing innovative communication plans for corporate, business group and business operation functions.
*Capture create and promote new content for an internal audience, utilising appropriate internal channels including, email, intranet, print, videos and social networks.
*Build digital communications, including invitations, newsletters, surveys, updates
*Build and update internal mailing lists using the firm's CRM system 'InterAction'.
*Project management of internal events, liaising with key stakeholders throughout.
*Preparing materials, resources and promotional comms as required.
*Develop relationships with key stakeholders; business group leaders, partners, BDMs and teams across the firm, promoting best practice for internal communications, identifying opportunities and ensuring maximum benefit from activity.
The successful candidate will be/have:
*Educated to degree level, or equivalent level experience.
*Ability to write concisely, with impact, ensuring key points can be gleaned quickly, using a blend of appropriate communication channels.
*Excellent English language skills - written and oral - with a thorough understanding of English grammar
*Previous experience of working in a professional services environment; ideally gained within a legal firm desirable although not essential
