Customer Relationship Manager
Internationally renowned industry body is looking for an accomplished, polished and professional individual with a background in account management, sales or customer relationships to assist their member organisations to get full value out of their membership. Apart from a broad understanding of marketing principles and the obvious client facing skills, you will need to be highly self motivated and managing whilst also being a team player who can deal with basic incoming membership queries as and when required. This is a new position so this is a genuine opportunity to put your stamp on the role and there may also be opportunities to attract new members too. Some occasional international travel will be required, as well as occasional out of hours entertaining and industry functions.
Ideally you have worked in sales or account management, probably in a similar industry body or come from a media sales or marketing communications background. The ability to present ideas or proposals in writing and in person are also essential. Our client is looking for degree calibre candidates who can build relationships at senior level.
