Innovation Manager | Leading UK Hospitality business | £40-52k + bonus

We're looking for an innovation manager to join a leading Hotel brand.

The client:
A prominent business at the forefront of their industry, a business turning over £1.4bn. They serve millions of customers each year, they're on course to hit 100,000 rooms in the UK alone, they have an established FTSE 100 position and further internal growth on the horizon.

The role:
This role sits in a dedicated innovation practice, reporting to the head of innovation you'll also manage an innovation analyst. You'll be in charge of a massive new proposition initiative and will have to ensure the vision is realised within the team. You'll be responsible for making sure the new brands principles are observed, working end to end from creating concepts through to rolling out across the business.

Skills:
Management consultancy or client-side innovation.
4-5 years plus experience.
Experience of end to end project delivery - from concept to execution.
Experience navigating a complex matrix structures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Pipeline development experience - experience running multiple initiatives at the same time with a clear roadmap.
