About the role: OLIVER has an opening for a Senior Account or Project Manager to join our client services department reporting to the on-site agency head for the account team. This is a pivotal role within on-site agency offering, and will ensure the smooth creation of great work that we can all be proud of.

This SAM/SPM will be responsible for running the creative process, working alongside our existing talented team to drive a project from brief to delivery. They will work with the resource team to correctly allocate the work and support in scheduling in the work required for each week. They will have a full understanding of Retail campaign delivery, working hand-in-hand with multi-disciplinary department heads, and have experiencing running more than one campaign at a time. This role requires multi tasking, a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to task manage timings internally and externally across multiple teams.

About you: An excellent relationship-builder, solution focused, you will need to be great with all teams from studio, transcreation, production and Clients alike. They need to be able to hit the ground running, be hard-working, and passionate about producing the best creative product you can along with managing budgets for marketing services and supporting the AD on financial reporting. This individual needs to be proactive and have a track record of working within fast pace accounts and excelling under pressure.   

Role Responsibilities

-      Produce and communicate budget estimates and timelines, measuring progress of projects against those throughout the delivery process

-      Monitoring all tasks and deadlines and clearly communicate any risks and to be able to find solutions in parallel

-      Develop and maintain strong Client relationships through clear communication and by building trust between yourself and Client contacts

-      Proactively anticipate and rectify issues to campaign delivery, identifying and mitigating against risks at all times

-      Provide detailed project status against the campaign objectives and timings

-      Run project meetings with internal teams and task managing step in the process

-      Work collaboratively, motivate and encourage the closest and wider teams ensuring all team members remain focused on delivering the best work possible and feel supported in doing so

-      Maintain administrative tasks to a high standard, this includes the integrity of job status and costs in TRAFFIC Live allowing profitability to be measured on an individual job basis.

-      Champion the weekly completion of timesheets by providing all project team members with the correct job number for each brief

-      EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

-      Ability to work under pressure and across multiple campaigns

-      Influence and/or implement new process/tools and operational initiatives

-      Motivate and manage teams under tight deadlines

-      Adaptable and proactive approach to problems

-      Drive efficiency and creative excellence at all times

Necessary Experience

-      2-3+ years experience managing creative and artwork process from initial briefing to delivery.

-      Competent user of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project planning software

-      Technical competence and understanding of Retail creative process / working within a creative environment.

-      Good understanding of project finances and commercials – estimating, timings, costs and invoicing.

-      Confident communication skills with Client

-      Past experience in managing external partner relationships

-      Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms

-      Proven experience with managing timings and building detailed plans against these
