DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - CONTENT/SOCIAL/WEB BUILD, DESIGN
I have a great role working for a boutique agency based in Hoxton.
The agency has key clients across the FMCG market!
Whilst you may have learnt the ropes at somewhere big you should be comfortable in a growing agency which is held in high regard by it's clients. You should aim to make a difference - either spot where the difference may come from or even 'be' the difference.
You'll need to demonstrate great client handling skills in an ever-evolving digital world whilst also having an appreciation of more traditional comms and how the digital and traditional comms can be best integrated for consumers of the day. You'll need to be comfortable with handling multiple projects at the same time and be a great communicator, both internally and externally, and posses great writing skills.
The ideal candidate
You'll have a passion for embracing the connected age and helping clients, and colleagues, to find the right solutions to client problems.
You will be positive and optimistic with a healthy dose of realism.
We are looking for someone with a fit into the team and culture. Someone who can take and own a project but also take direction and learn and grow.
Someone who isn't trying too hard to impress, who would never consider wearing a suit to the interview, someone who is willing to talk with passion about what they do and believe.
Experience and education
Your experience should be commensurate with the role and in addition, the following is desired:
FMCG / Beauty experience would be advantageous
1-2 years as an AM with relevant experience - ideally in a similar role in either a creative, digital or media agency
Social Experience (variety of platforms, analytical tools, keen eye for technological and behavioural trends - ones that matter!)
Web experience (design, development and maintenance)
eCRM experience (ideally with experience in data-driven comms for FMCG brands)
A good understanding of the digital / mobile industry and market is desirable
