The role

  • Building strong relationships with our day to day (and some more senior) clients
  • Discussing briefs with clients, working with our Planning Director & AD/GAD to recommend the best strategy for achieving their goals and ensuring that communication flows effectively
  • Managing the delivery of print & digital projects and ensuring they are on brief and on brand
  • Present creative and costs to clients and manage feedback
  • Working with PMs to create cost estimates & timings, whilst managing client expectations
  • Financial management: invoicing, POs, help with forecast

 

Skills and experience

  • You will have solid eCRM and DM experience - ideally working on a loyalty/membership programme, or on integrated accounts
  • You’ll be an experienced Account Manager with previous experience in client services in a marketing agency (2 years+)
  • Managing both print and digital projects (especially emails)
  • Confident working with clients at a senior level, interrogating briefs, understanding them and delivering them to our creative teams
  • Confident challenging clients and internal creative teams when necessary
  • Team player with a sense of humour and lots of energy
  • Proactive and prepared to take ownership of projects
