We're looking for an insight lead to join really exciting multinational chocolate brand!
They're very open to agency researchers so if you're frustrated you don't get to see the results of your research through to market…this is a great opportunity where you can influence stakeholders with actionable insight and really influence key business decisions.
A pioneer in the chocolate sector, with offices all over the world, producing some of the countries favourite sweet treats. The senior insight manager will join a small strategic insight team and your work will cover the whole of the UK. Reporting to the head of insight you'll manage two senior insight managers. The role is a very autonomous role where you will be looking after a number of areas, running projects from start to finish, delivering insight that drives real change within the business.

New product development, from ideation to launch
Brand & comms research
8 years plus of research experience
FMCG experience essential
Either research agency or client-side experience (client-side experience preffered)
A broad ad hoc research skill set
Stakeholder management skills essential
Research is heavily invested in and insight is at the heart of many business decisions made - the head of insight sits on the board. An extremely varied role, with a very supportive team and great stakeholders who get insight.
