The Role:

The Client Director will be building, rich long term client partnerships with senior decision makers and developing a deep understanding of their business structure, goals and requirements 

Main Responsibilities:

•    Providing outstanding, innovative advice, challenge, ideas and strategic guidance through unrivalled knowledge of the industry

•    Driving client growth and profitability, nurturing client perception, leading client negotiation and ensuring delivery of contractual obligations

•    Inspiring people to contribute and deliver work they take pride in

•    Supporting the agency with its ambitious growth plans by being involved in the pitch process

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with over five years experience in a client relationship or account management capacity

Key Skills:

•    You’ll need to be passionate about digital marketing, take a neutral interest in it and keep up to date with its fast-moving evolution

•    You’ll be proactive, solution focused and ambitious

•    A natural presenter, able to communicate often complicated topics in a simple way

•    Willing to go the extra mile for you clients

•    You’ll have self confidence, gravitas and diplomacy skills to influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
