Three have just created our new Digital (CDO) function and we're really excited by the opportunity this gives us  keep innovating for our customers. This role sits in "Offers & Reward" - where we work hard (and smart) to build new products to learn more about our customers, so that we can surprise them with treats that truly delight!

This is a role for someone technically and commercially savvy, who can own key road map initiatives and look for pioneering new partnerships to help us reach our 2021 goal of becoming "Most loved brand in the UK".  Yep, you read that right.  We're a pretty ambitious bunch!

As Consultant -  Offers & Rewards Product Management you'll work with teams across ThreeUK and our Global counterparts to achieve annual margin and NPS targets by delivering against roadmap activities. You'll be accountable for delivering key, prioritised parts of the future strategy and plan for the Offer & Rewards platform guided by customer, commercial and technical innovations. 

You'll own, in an agile test and learn environment, the procurement and implementation of services locally and for our international group. So showing how the capabilities in this exciting new platform will stand out in a crowded market through clear USPs is crucial.

Job Purpose
Lead the future of the digital offers and rewards platform through short, medium and long-term plans that engage our customers with new technology innovation and exciting customer value propositions, whilst being able to monetise Three's data assets through B2B partnerships. Provide inspiration, surprise and delight whilst delivering demonstrable return on investment for Three. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.


Responsibilities

Leadership and Direction
