This is an exciting opportunity to work at the helm of a highly respected brand strategy orientated consultancy. You’ll be playing a key role in directing their team of strategists as well as leading and developing key accounts.
Initially joining as a Principle Consultant, we are interested in candidates who have the potential to move to Partner level within a relatively short time frame.
Ideally we are looking for someone with solid 10+ years’ experience of developing brand strategy. You should have experience of and a real interest in brand purpose and definition and it will help your application if you can demonstrate experience of working with retail brands or brands that behave similarly to retail brands, with similar customer experience environments, eg property, banking, hospitality, involving people, product and place.
The roles involves leading the analysis and strategic thought that goes into their work, as well as being alert to those compelling ideas that will capture hearts and minds.
You will work very closely with the senior management team; acting as the guardian of their strategic offer and ensuring the quality of their work.
Your background will be marketing, more specifically market research, marketing communications, brand management and strategy. You’ll need to have a well set understanding of the value and role of brand. It will certainly assist your application if you can demonstrate proven experience of managing multi-faceted projects of significant size and to challenging deadlines. We’d also like you to have some experience of directing a team to deliver exceptional results.
