Are you a strategic and highly commercial FMCG Senior Brand Manager? Are you available immediately and keen to work on a hugely exciting brand? Then please read on!  

About you
You will ideally be a degree educated, classically trained SBM with branded commercial experience within a large FMCG environment. You will have experience in managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L and have a strong track record in broad cross-functional project management and delivery. You will have experience in creating and applying consumer, shopper and category insights into brand strategy and actionable plans and have held full budgetary control of defined projects and programmes. Understanding and application of research information is a huge part of this role.
You will be able to convert insight into action to deliver something and be able to explain it! You will be motivated to get under skin of things, like a challenge, and approach your work with a real curiosity. You will have real energy and presence but will also be able to listen, reflect and show learning.
 

About the role
You will be working on a highly successful brand that needs that extra push to make it the market leader. You will strategically develop the brand, delivering growth through insight-led strategy, equity development and commercial management. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager in developing, agreeing and broadly cascading the strategic and annual operating plans for the brand, to deliver the annual budget. You will lead and develop NPD, P&P initiatives and have full responsibility for the SKU mix. You'll be working on both BTL and ATL collateral with agencies and will work closely with the activation team to implement these programmes with responsibility for brand A&P expenditure. You will be leading cross-functional teams (commercial & operational), providing vision and direction and will also be monitoring and analysing market, brand and competitor performance/activity and proactively recommend changes to the annual plan.
