About the role:
We are looking for an experienced event professional with skills gained
globally at a senior level covering client servicing, project management and
hands on event delivery to take responsibility for key client accounts, events
and projects within the Agency.
The Project Director will be responsible for the ongoing development of
creative work and key projects whilst developing client-agency relationships
ensuring the profitability and growth of accounts. You will be ambitious and
driven to run a number projects and deliver outstanding work while keeping an
eye on new business opportunities and striving for growth for the agency both
within and external to the existing client portfolio.
The Project Director will need solid line management and team development
skills with demonstrable experience of having overseen the development of a
growing, skilled and motivated team.

You'll be responsible for the following:
* Oversee a portfolio of client accounts and projects across
entertainment, FMCG, music, sport and fashion
* Activate and execute projects in their entirety at a senior level
* Oversee client relationships at a senior level with end-to-end project
and event management delivery
* Developing in depth relationships with clients and getting under the
skin of their brands from a strategic and creative point of view
* Develop, present and sell in creative ideas through high quality
strategic presentations and pitch documents
* Evaluate projects and strive to innovate with new creative and strategic
ideas, constantly striving to be the best in the industry
* Complex budget management, forecasting and monitoring ROI and
profitability
* Build the client service team through recruitment of both permanent
and a bank of freelance staff to allow for growth in line with business
* Develop the existing team through on the job training, development
and coaching
* Take an active role in business development and pitching to win new
clients both in the UK and Globally

Skills and Attributes:
* A highly creative individual who is passionate about delivering only
high quality work that exceeds all expectations of both our clients,
business and our consumers
* A solid understanding of the production process having worked on
events in a creative, planning and in a hands-on capacity
* Impeccable client service skills with the flexibility to adapt style and
techniques to suit specific client needs
* Excellent attention to detail and exacting standards of delivery for
yourself and your team
* Excellent presentation skills both in terms of creation, formatting and
delivery
* An excellent team player who is keen to get stuck in at any level
whether that be leading a presentation, moving a box on site or
ensuring admin is completed
* Positive and knowledgeable with the ability to instil confidence in
clients and develop relationships at all levels
* Commercially driven with the ability to spot opportunities for growth and
turn these into business opportunities and revenue
* An excellent leader, motivator and line manager
