Ed Morris, the former executive creative director at Lowe London, has joined Rapier as a creative partner, with a brief to transform the agency's creative output. (Campaign)

DDB has hired Alistair Beattie, AKQA's head of strategic planning, to take on the new role of head of strategic planning and innovation for EMEA. (Campaign)

Mark Sherwood, the global head of communications planning at Lowe Worldwide, is leaving the Interpublic-owned network to join Saatchi & Saatchi in New York. (Campaign)

John Farrell, the former chief executive of Publicis Groupe's specialised agencies and marketing services worldwide, is joining the newly merged LBi International NV as a member of its supervisory board. (Campaign)

David Kenny, the Vivaki managing partner and one of the candidates to succeed Maurice Lévy at the head of Publicis Groupe, has resigned. (Campaign)

Twinings has appointed Sean Summers to the role of marketing director, as part of a wider restructure of the business. (Marketing)

Fru Hazlitt, the former chief executive of GCap Media and managing director of Yahoo!, is to join ITV in the new role of managing director of commercial and online on 2 August, in a new commercial role that will unite ITV's airtime sales and online businesses. Following the strategy review and Hazlitt's appointment, Ben McOwen Wilson, director of online and interactive, is to leave ITV this summer after four years with the company. (Campaign)

Maxus Worldwide has poached PHD's Helena Snowdon as its marketing director. (Campaign)

JCDecaux has appointed Titan's former national sales director, Ged Weston, to assume the same role at the UK's largest outdoor media owner, following the purchase of Titan assets in January. (Media Week)
