Brooklyn Brothers London launches with three other founding partners: David Watson and Jackie Stevenson, the former chief executive and managing director of Craik Jones Watson Mitchell Voelkel respectively, and Jason Fretwell, a former creative director at AMV.
The management team will own 70 per cent of the business, each taking an equal share. Brooklyn Brothers New York will own the final 30 per cent. The London partners will also hold a 5 per cent share in the New York office.
The agency will build its own client list, as well as work on existing Brooklyn Brothers business, which includes CNN, The History Channel and the United Nations.
It will also launch and promote its own products. Brooklyn Brothers New York already owns and distributes its own premium chocolate line called Fat Pig and has published a children's book called Gently Elephant.
Bryant said: "The business is small and creative with a very commercially nimble way of getting great multidisciplinary work done, which is something we will transplant to this market."

LONDON - George Bryant, the former managing partner at Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, is launching a joint venture start-up with the New York hotshop Brooklyn Brothers.
