In her new role, Winn will head Iris Digital's creative team, working on accounts that include Sony Ericsson, Coca-Cola, Shell and Hertz.
She will work alongside the joint managing directors George Nimeh and John Baker, who joined Iris from OgilvyInteractive in January.
In her two years at StrawberryFrog, Winn oversaw the digital and creative development across multiple integrated campaigns for clients including Microsoft and Toyota.
She began her career in magazines at Conde Nast and Hachette Filipacchi, before joining Agency.com in New York as the creative director in 1999. Winn then joined AKQA London as the creative lead on the agency's Orange account.
Nimeh said: "Brilliant ideas are fundamental to delivering truly creative technology, and with (Tori's) help we'll keep creativity at the heart of integrated marketing communications."

Day two dawned….and with it another migration back to the Palais.
Annie Leibovitz explained the art of bringing a story down to a single moment, and shared the inspiration behind the campaign she created with Disney making tales as old as time relevant to today. We heard from Astro Teller, Captain of Moonshots at Google (yes, really) reinforcing the importance of storytelling in driving audacious invention. Mother warned us to hang on to the joy of craft and keep our brains happy in order not to become advertising douchebags. And Facebook discussed scalable creativity.
