LONDON - M&C Saatchi, JWT and Bartle Bogle Hegarty have all made it onto the next round of the pitch for the £15 million Debenhams account, bumping Karmarama and Publicis out of the competition.

All five agencies pitched earlier in the week and the successful three will be asked to enter a second round of presentations next month.

The account went up for pitch in January after Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy resigned the account to pitch for the £20 million John Lewis business. That account eventually went to Adam & Eve.

Good to see firms are not loosing sight of the imperitive to continue marketing efforts despite unstable times.
