NABS, in conjunction with CHI & Partners, has produced a viral, starring such industry luminaries as Sirs John Hegarty and Martin Sorrell, to promote its annual Big Bash.

Places like NABS and Creative Orchestra are doing great things to help nurture young creatives. Shame the rest of the industry is so confrontational towards them. The attitude is not "How can we bring this talent into the fold and help it develop" but "Develop yourself, then come back when you're perfect".
