The ad, featuring a specially commissioned track by Calvin Harris, will break on 31 May.
The spot, entitled yeah yeah yeah, la la la, features a magical organ filled with strange furry creatures that burst into song after being fed the soft drink.
The 30- and 60-second TV executions will be supported by outdoor advertising, on-pack promotions and a limited-edition glass bottle.
