The announcement follows the news, revealed in Campaign earlier this week, that the departments is calling a creative communications pitch on the business.
Incumbent DLKW will fight out the creative pitch with VCCP, Leo Burnett and M&C Saatchi.?
Both the creative and the communications accounts will cover teenage pregnancy, sexual health and contraception for young people.
The pitch is being handled by COI.

LONDON - The Department of Health and the Department for Children, Schools and Families tonight announced an ad creative pitch for its sexual health portfolio.

just a note for anyone who gets to work on this... would be nice to see this treated in an equal way, - not just young guys and girls, but maybe some guys that like guys, or girls that like girls too.
