The Lowdown
Noel, a hard working office dynamo who loves a lunch, is a reporter on the creative sector as well as editing the Close Up section of the Magazine.
He's been at the industry bible for three years and in that time has played a roving role, not just editing the Work and Diary sections, but also covering almost all of the agencies in the country - giving him a slightly whore-like quality.
