Sorrell faces defamation suit from Marco Benatti

LONDON – Marco Benatti, the Italian executive sacked by WPP in January, has opened a new front in the legal battle with his former employer by filing a criminal defamation suit in Italy against Sir Martin Sorrell, the WPP chief executive.
