Hotline: Syzygy acquires 80 per cent stake in Hi-Res!

The interactive marketing group Syzygy has acquired an 80 per cent stake in the digital agency Hi-Res! for an undisclosed sum. The Hi-Res! founders, Florian Schmitt and Alexandra Jugovic, will continue to run the agency.
