Editorial: BBH shows art of succession once again

It's no coincidence that Britain's most successful agencies are the ones that handle management succession seamlessly. Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO has always done it well. So has Bartle Bogle Hegarty, which has appointed Ben Fennell, who joined as a graduate trainee in 1994, as chief executive. He succeeds Gwyn Jones, still at BBH after 21 years. Enough said.
