ITV reports £25m profit for 2009 but remains 'cautious about the future'

LONDON - ITV made a pre-tax profit of £25m in 2009, a marked recovery from its £2.7bn loss the year before, but the broadcaster remains cautious for this year in its preliminary results out today.
